Booking Policy

At Stevia Beauty Co., I take pride in offering high-quality eyelash and nail extensions in a comfortable, welcoming home studio. My mission is to enhance your natural beauty with meticulous care, precision, and attention to detail. Please take a moment to review the studio policies below:

 

 Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be applied toward your total service cost.

 Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to a future appointment. No-shows will forfeit the deposit. Deposits can be transferred once. If you feel unwell prior to your appointment, please reschedule.

 Payment:

The balance is due in full at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: cash or e-transfer.

 Guest Policy:

Please arrive alone. Additional guests are not permitted to ensure a calm and distraction-free environment.

​

 Refills:

Lash refills must be booked within 2–3 weeks and require at least 40% of lashes remaining.

​

Nail refills apply if up to three nails are missing.

 Refunds:

Due to the nature of the services, no refunds are provided. However, I encourage clients to express any concerns immediately after the appointment so that we can work together toward the best possible resolution.
